Steve Markgraf 71e9543fce only warn if tuning fails instead of aborting 
This is handy for sticks with FC0012/FC0013 tuners.

Kalibrate, or kal, can scan for GSM base stations in a given frequency band and
can use those GSM base stations to calculate the local oscillator frequency
offset.
