Various utilities

annoncer.py
- send email once a week informing about upcoming events

barcodes.py
- generates CODE-128 barcodes using zint

barcodes.sh
- generates CODE-128 barcodes using GNU Barcode (while not reinventing wheel in python :-)

Makefile.tpl
- universal makefile template
